- Odd Minutes: 10 Assault Bike Calories<br>
- Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Set up an Assault Bike and a barbell with the appropriate weights.<br>
- Each minute, complete the designated number of Assault Bike calories and Deadlifts.<br>
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.<br>
- Adjust weights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.<br>
- Scale the weight and reps as needed to ensure proper technique and intensity.</p>
