  <p><strong>EMOM for 15 Minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>10 Slam Balls</li>
<li>10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Slam Ball</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 10 Slam Balls and 10 Burpees at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the minute is up. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
