- 10 Devil Press (50/35 lbs)</p><br><p><strong>Bench:</strong> Use a standard bench for the bench press and burpees over the bench.</p><br><p><strong>Time Cap:</strong> 20 Minutes. </p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> This workout is a chipper, meaning you must complete all reps of one movement before moving on to the next. Pace yourself on the row to conserve energy for the other movements. Be sure to maintain proper form on the bench press and use a weight that challenges you but allows for good technique. Push the pace on the burpees and devil press to finish strong.</p>
