  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>Odd minutes: 5 Clean and Jerks (#135/#95)</li>
<li>Even minutes: 1 Peg Board Ascent</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 5 Clean and Jerks at the top of each odd minute, then climb the Peg Board once at the top of each even minute. Adjust the weight if needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Aim to complete each set within the minute to allow for rest before the next round.</p>
