<li>Minute 3: 20 Alternating Pistols</li>
<li>Minute 4: 15 Ring Muscle-ups</li>

- Stationary Bike</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform the designated gymnastics movement at the start of each minute for the specified repetitions. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Adjust the difficulty of the movements as needed to complete the workout within the EMOM format.</p>
