Perform 5 deadlifts at the top of each minute, then complete 1 pegboard ascent before the minute ends. Repeat for 15 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the deadlifts and using efficient technique on the pegboard. Adjust weight as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper form.</p>
