<li>15 Mountain Climbers</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Slam Ball</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 10 Slam Balls and 15 Mountain Climbers at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. If you finish the reps before the minute is up, rest for the remainder of the minute. Adjust the rep scheme as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
