</ul><br><p><strong>Kettlebell Weight:</strong> Men 24kg / Women 16kg</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong> Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and focus on proper form for each kettlebell movement. Rest as needed, but aim to keep moving to accumulate as many rounds as possible in the 15-minute time frame.</p>
