Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Deadlifts, 15 Push Press, 20 Box Jumps, and 25 Russian Twists using a resistance band for added resistance. Scale weights and heights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Push yourself to keep moving and try to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.</p>
