  <p><strong>Tabata:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following:<br><ul>
<li>Peg Board Climbs</li>
<li>Handstand Push-ups</li>
<li>Toes-to-Bar</li>
<li>Burpees</li>
</ul></li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform each movement for 20 seconds at maximum intensity, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each movement to track progress and compare performance in future workouts. Be sure to scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata.</p>
