<strong>Time Cap:</strong> 12 Minutes.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete each exercise in order for time. Focus on explosiveness and speed in each movement, especially the Slam Ball Over the Shoulder and Burpees over Slam Ball. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout.</p>
