<li>Odd Minutes: 15 Wall Balls</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Medicine Ball</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 15 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, complete 10 Burpees in the same manner. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
