  <p><strong>Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>10 Wall Balls</li>
<li>10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Medicine Ball</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 10 wall balls and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute if you finish the reps before the next minute begins. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
