<li>40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats</li>
<li>30 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating arms)</li>
<li>20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 per arm)</li>
<li>10 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Kettlebell Weight:</strong> Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets but still pushes your limits.</p><br><p><strong>Time Cap:</strong> 20 Minutes.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Break up the reps as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout. Be sure to switch arms for any single-arm movements to keep the workout balanced.</p>
