- 10 Kettlebell Swings<br>
- 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats<br>
- 10 Burpees</p><br><p><strong>Kettlebell Weight:</strong> Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the movements with good form.<br>
<strong>Instructions:</strong> Start each minute with the kettlebell swings, then move on to the goblet squats, and finish with the burpees. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the reps or weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
