<li>Even Minutes: 10 Medicine Ball Sit-Ups</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Medicine Ball Weight:</strong> 20/14 lbs</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong> Alternate between the cleans and sit-ups every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. The goal is to complete each set of exercises within the minute to allow for rest before the next round. Adjust the weight of the medicine ball as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.</p>
