</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> <br>
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 8 burpee box jumps, 6 toes-to-bar, and 4 peg board ascents. Scale the weight and height of the box as needed. Remember to properly secure the peg board before use to prevent any accidents. Have fun and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap!</p>
