  <p><strong>EMOM for 15 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>5 Deadlifts (#225/155)</li>
<li>3 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20")</li>
<li>1 Peg Board Ascent</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform the prescribed reps of deadlifts and burpee box jump overs at the start of every minute. Once completed, proceed to the peg board for one ascent before resting for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 rounds.</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
Make sure to practice proper peg board technique to avoid injury. Scale the weight and height of the box as needed for your fitness level.</p>
