- Set a timer for 10 minutes and perform 10 Resistance Band Thrusters at the start of each odd minute and 10 Resistance Band Bent Over Rows at the start of each even minute.<br>
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows you to complete the reps with proper form.<br>
- Focus on maintaining a strong core and proper breathing throughout the workout.</p>
