<li>10 Toes-to-Bar</li>
<li>15 Air Squats</li>
<li>20 Double-unders</li>

- Slam Ball (optional for added challenge)</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform each movement at the start of every minute, completing the required reps within that minute before moving on to the next movement. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the next minute begins. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
