  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 Minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>Odd Minutes: 15 Slam Balls</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Slam Ball</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete 15 slam balls at the start of each odd minute, and then perform 10 toes-to-bar at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. This workout will challenge both your strength and core stability. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.</p>
