  • Repeat for 8 rounds

Equipment: Slam Ball


Strength Focus: The goal of this workout is to focus on building strength and power through the explosive movements of the Slam Ball. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each round to maximize effectiveness.


Instructions: Perform as many Slam Balls as possible within the 20-second work period, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each round to track progress and challenge yourself in future workouts.
