Time Cap: 12 Minutes
Instructions: Perform 21 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder, 21 Burpees, and 21 Box Jumps, then move on to 15 reps of each, and finally 9 reps of each. Aim to keep a steady pace throughout and push yourself to finish under the time cap.
