- Even Minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar
Notes:
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the entire workout, especially during the toes-to-bar.
- Scale the weight of the slam ball as needed to maintain intensity and technique.
- Push yourself to complete the reps within each minute, allowing for some rest before the next round.
