Rounds-for-Time Skill Slam Ball

For Time:
- 21-15-9
- Wall Balls
- Toes-to-Bar
- 50 Double-Unders after each round


Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Jump Rope


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Complete 21 Wall Balls, 21 Toes-to-Bar, and 50 Double-Unders, then move on to 15 reps of each, and finally 9 reps of each. Repeat the pattern of Wall Balls, Toes-to-Bar, and Double-Unders after each round. Aim to maintain a steady pace throughout the workout to push through the volume of reps.
