Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike
  • Strength: Front Squats

Workout Description:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 8 rounds. After completing the Assault Bike Tabata, immediately move into the Strength portion of the workout and complete 5 sets of 5 Front Squats at a challenging weight.


Instructions:
- Set Assault Bike to desired resistance level.
- Choose a weight for the Front Squats that challenges you but allows for proper form.
- Rest as needed between sets of Front Squats.
- Keep track of total calories burned on the Assault Bike and weight used for Front Squats for future reference.
