EMOM Strength Assault BikeEMOM for 12 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
Instructions:
Alternate between the Assault Bike and Deadlifts every minute on the minute for a total of 12 minutes. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Adjust the calories on the Assault Bike as needed to complete the work within the minute.
Note:
Focus on maintaining a consistent pace on the Assault Bike and maintaining good form on the deadlifts throughout the workout.
