Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements


Movements:
1. Peg Board Climbs
2. Handstand Push-ups
3. Toes-to-Bar


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and safety.
- Have a spotter or coach present if attempting advanced gymnastics movements.
