  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 peg board climbs, 10 deadlifts, and 15 box jumps. Scale the weight of the deadlift and height of the box jump as needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to climb the peg board efficiently.
