Tabata Weightlifting Peg Board

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Peg Board Climbs
    2. Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata for each movement, alternating between Peg Board Climbs and Deadlifts.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
