AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
- Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed.
- Focus on maintaining good form during the deadlifts to prevent injury.
- Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
