  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Alternating Pistols
  • 50 Double-unders
  • 60 Pull-ups
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Instructions:
Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. The workout ends after completing all movements and the peg board ascent.
