AMRAP Strength Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Peg Board Climbs
  • 20 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 30 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 peg board climbs, 20 deadlifts, and 30 wall balls. Scale the weight and height of the peg board climbs as needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
