Tabata Strength Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • 1 minute rest between movements

Strength:


  • Peg Board Climbs

Instructions:
Perform as many Peg Board Climbs as possible in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Rest for 1 minute before moving on to the next movement.


Notes:
Make sure to use proper technique and take breaks if needed to avoid injury. Adjust the difficulty of the Peg Board climbs as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
