EMOM x 15:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225/155) + 5 Burpees over the Bar
  • Even minutes: 1 Peg Board Ascent

Instructions:
- Complete 5 Deadlifts and 5 Burpees over the Bar in the odd minutes and then climb the Peg Board in the even minutes.
- Scale the weight and the number of peg board ascents as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
- Push yourself to move quickly and efficiently through each minute to maximize work capacity.
