EMOM Weightlifting Peg Board

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 3 Squat Cleans (#185/#135)
  • Even Minutes: 1 Peg Board Ascent

Instructions:
Complete 3 squat cleans at the top of each odd minute, then ascend the peg board once at the top of each even minute. Rest the remainder of each minute.


Notes:
Focus on efficient movement during the squat cleans to conserve energy for the challenging peg board ascents. Adjust weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
