EMOM Weightlifting Peg BoardEMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
- 1 Pegboard Ascent
Instructions:
Perform 5 deadlifts at the top of each minute, then complete 1 pegboard ascent before the minute is up. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Have a spotter assist with the pegboard if needed.
