EMOM Weightlifting Peg BoardEMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
- 5 Box Jumps (24"/20")
- Max Reps on Peg Board
Instructions:
- Every minute on the minute, complete 5 deadlifts and 5 box jumps, then proceed to max reps on the peg board for the remainder of the minute.
- Score is total number of peg board reps completed in the 15 minutes.
- Adjust weight and box height as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
