EMOM Weightlifting Peg BoardEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
- Even minutes: 2 Peg Board Ascents
Instructions: Perform 5 Hang Power Cleans at the top of each odd minute, then complete 2 Peg Board Ascents at the top of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next set. Adjust weight and peg board difficulty as needed.
