EMOM Strength Peg Board

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225/155) + 1 Pegboard Ascent
  • Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps (24/20) + 15 Sit-ups

Instructions:
- Perform the deadlifts and pegboard ascent on the odd minutes, then complete the box jumps and sit-ups on the even minutes.
- Keep the intensity high throughout the workout, aiming to complete each set within the minute.
- Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
