EMOM x 20:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225/155) + 1 Peg Board Ascent
  • Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
- Perform 5 Deadlifts followed by 1 Peg Board Ascent during the odd minutes, and 10 Handstand Push-ups during the even minutes.
- Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
- Focus on quick transitions between movements to maximize work within each minute.
- Record total rounds completed at the end of the workout.
