AMRAP Cardio Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 5 Pegboard Ascents
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Wall Balls

Instructions:
Athletes will complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of a 200m run, 5 pegboard ascents, 10 box jumps, and 15 wall balls. Scale the pegboard ascents to rope climbs or strict pull-ups as needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
