AMRAP Cardio Peg Board

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 400m Run
  • 5 Pegboard Ascents
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, alternating between cardio and upper body strength movements with the pegboard. Scale the pegboard ascents to modified versions if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
