AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 1 Pegboard Ascent

Instructions:
- Each round consists of 5 Deadlifts, 10 Handstand Push-ups, and 1 Pegboard Ascent.
- Score is total rounds + reps completed in 20 minutes.
- Scale handstand push-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
