Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds
  • Alternate between:
    1. Plank Hold
    2. Pegboard Climbs

Instructions:
Perform a plank hold for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Immediately transition to the pegboard and complete a climb (up and down) within the 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat this for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of plank holds, 4 rounds of pegboard climbs).


Notes:
Adjust the difficulty of the pegboard climbs as needed by changing the height or number of climbs per round. Ensure proper form and safety when using the pegboard.
