AMRAP Gymnastics Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Pegboard Climbs
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar


Instructions:
- Scale the pegboard climbs to rope climbs if needed.
- Modify the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if necessary.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee tucks if needed.
