For Time:


  • 5 Rounds:
    • 5 Pegboard Ascents
    • 10 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
    • 15 Box Jumps (24"/20")

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: The goal of this workout is to challenge both your upper body strength with the pegboard ascents and your lower body explosiveness with the deadlifts and box jumps. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity.
