EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Calorie Assault Bike
- 1 Peg Board Ascent


Instructions:
- Start each minute with 10 calories on the Assault Bike.
- Complete 1 Peg Board Ascent every minute.
- Rest the remainder of the minute.
- Scale the number of calories on the Assault Bike or modify the Peg Board Ascent as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
