AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Instructions:
- Score is total rounds + reps completed in 15 minutes.
- Substitute handstand push-ups with push-ups for scaling.
- Scale box height as needed.
- Make sure to maintain proper form and technique throughout the workout.
