Instructions:

- In the remaining time of each minute, complete 1 peg board ascent.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute after completing the work.
- Scale the peg board ascent to a modification that challenges you but allows you to complete the work within the minute.
- Adjust the calorie count on the assault bike as needed to ensure intensity throughout the EMOM.
